Serpa 2000WA sleever uses special mechanisms to shape and seal each sleeve around the product reliably and accurately, at speeds of up to 300 sleeves per minute. Sleeves are placed into a horizontal powered magazine. The leading sleeve is pulled from the magazine by a proven orbital erector that places the sleeve directly into the transport lugs.
Serpa designs all machines with maintenance in mind. Full-height Lexan guard doors offer full visibility and easy access to all components. Externally mounted drive components allow for easy access.
Like all Serpa machines, the 2000WA is user friendly and low maintenance. Digital gauges and scales with pointers allow for a quick, no-tool changeover in as little as 15 minutes. All of the changeover points on the main machine are located on the operator side for fast, easy changeover.
