One (1) 2020 Used ESS Technologies Inline Filler/Capper
Equipment Description: The bottles convey to the filling station of the inline Filler/Capper where a servo-driven, volumetric filling system dispenses the pre-programmed amount of product into the bottle. The operator manually loads caps into an ESS-supplied bulk supply hopper, which feed the caps on the bottle and pre-torque caps. Bottle with caps then index to the final torque station where magnetic clutches apply the pre-programmed amount of torque is attached.
