The SLB™ 2000 Series, Model 2010 is a tray sealing system which has an automatic in line gas flush and seal system for modified atmospheric packaging to increase the shelf life of any perishable food product. The equipment would be ideal for fresh produce, meats, poultry, fish or prepared salads. It can be loaded manually or with an optional automatic infeed conveyor system, and automatically detects the presence of a tray. The existing tooling can be modified for tray sizes within 1/2" or new tooling is available for either 1 up or 2 up packaging for between $8,300.00 and $9,500.00 from the manufacturer.
